INJINJI SUBLIMATION SOCK TRIO // GRAPHIC DESIGN  + TEXTILE DESIGN + PHOTOGRAPHY 

PROJECT BRIEF: I created a series of exciting sublimated socks for everyday wear. These sock designs were to be sublimated on to the sock, which would heavily influence my design process to ensure successful production.  

I strategically proceeded by focusing on creating an abstract interpretation of nature for the outdoor consumer. This abstract design would allow a forgiving flow of design that would be easy for the production team to print. I also chose vibrant hues inspired by each design's geographic location since bright colors come out sharp and wear well over time. 

The end result was a fantastic looking set of socks called Arial, Olympia and Nebula that are individually inspired by the atmosphere, pacific north west and our universe!
